What's already known about this topic? ◦. Giant placental chorioangioma is a life‐threatening condition for the fetus. ◦. Its prognosis remains uncertain until safe delivery near term can occur. What does this study add? ◦. This is the first report of a successful treatment of giant chorioangioma using monopolar single tip radiofrequency ablation. ◦. Monopolar RFA is a simple technique and was in this case effective for the management of giant chorioangiomas.
