Abstract
Here, we report the complete genome sequence of Chelatococcus sp. strain KU-N122, isolated from a cyclooctanone enrichment culture. The genome comprises a single circular chromosome containing 7,983 protein-coding sequences. The strain was deposited in the Japan Collection of Microorganisms under the accession number JCM 37729.
