Abstract
This case report details the aesthetic rehabilitation of a 35-year-old female patient dissatisfied with previous dental restorations. Using the golden proportion as a guide, lithium disilicate veneers and crowns were fabricated to replace existing ones and achieve a balanced, aesthetically pleasing smile. The patient reported high satisfaction with the results, which included improved appearance, comfort, and function. The case demonstrates the importance of personalized planning, high-quality materials, and meticulous execution in cosmetic dentistry to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
