One new species and three new records of the leafhopper genus Agnesiella Dworakowska (Hemiptera, Cicadellidae, Typhlocybinae) from China

One new species, Agnesiella (Draberiella) geminicruciatasp. nov., is described and illustrated. Agnesiella (D.) lidia, A. (D.) olena and A. (D.) magda are documented from China for the first time. A key to males of all known species of Agnesiella from China is provided.
