Abstract
This is a case of a young lady who presented with irregular periods, oligomenorrhoea, and abdominal pain. On evaluation, she was found to have bilateral ovarian cysts and planned for a major surgery. Hypothyroidism was coincidentally detected. With a diagnosis of hypothyroidism and TSH-induced ovarian stimulation, she was started on thyroxine supplementation. The response to thyroxine was satisfying, with a significant reduction in the size of the lesions along with symptomatic improvement.
