Abstract
Patients with multiple myeloma (MM) presenting diffuse extramedullary infiltration of the liver and spleen are extremely rare. Here we present the 18F-FDG PET/CT findings of a 53-year-old man who complained of eyelids swelling for more than 4 months. The 18F-FDG PET/CT demonstrated diffuse intense uptake in the bone, liver, and spleen. Finally, the diagnosis of MM with hepatic and splenic involvement was confirmed.
