Abstract
Extremity sarcomas are rare malignancies with varied histology, which results in considerable heterogenicity in management. The role of surgery and radiotherapy in the management is standard across the globe. This article reviews the role of chemotherapy in neoadjuvant, adjuvant setting alone or in combination with radiotherapy in localized extremity soft tissue sarcoma.
