Whole genome sequencing of Leuconostoc suionicum, L. mesenteroides, and L. citreum isolates from sugar beet factory juice and biofilms

Leuconostoc species are one of the predominant taxa found in post-harvest sugar beet factory processing streams. This study provides the genomes of 10 isolates identified as either L. suionicum, L. mesenteroides, or L. citreum, obtained from sugar beet juice and biofilm samples collected from factories across North America.
