Locked at Both Ends: A Rare Case of Coexisting Idiopathic Hypertrophic Pyloric Stenosis and Achalasia Cardia in an Infant

We report a rare case of an infant diagnosed with both infantile hypertrophic pyloric stenosis and achalasia cardia, presenting significant diagnostic and therapeutic challenges. This case underscores the importance of considering multiple etiologies in persistent postoperative vomiting and feeding intolerance in neonates and infants.
