Abstract
This report describes the case of a femoral pseudoaneurysm caused by diffuse large B-cell lymphoma in an 84-year-old man with a month-long history of a pulsatile mass in the right inguinal region. Computed tomography revealed a 35-mm mass encasing the femoral vessels. Suspecting an inflammatory aneurysm, we performed open surgical repair. Intraoperative cultures were negative. Histopathologic examination revealed that the mass, initially suspected to be thrombus, was diffuse large B-cell lymphoma infiltrating the vessel wall.
