Abstract
We report the case of a 79-year-old male with atypical chest pain where electrocardiogram-gated coronary computed tomography angiography (CTA) demonstrated a split right coronary artery with an intra-atrial course of the posterior trunk. This case highlights the clinical implications of the rare anomaly and the importance of coronary CTA in detecting this unusual variant, which will be missed even on invasive coronary angiography.
