Abstract

Tuberculous abdominal aortic pseudoaneurysm is a severe vascular disease that is exceptionally rare and carries a high risk of rupture. This article reports the rupture of a pseudoaneurysm in a 60-year-old male patient during anti-tuberculosis treatment. The patient's general condition was poor, making him unable to tolerate open surgical treatment. Therefore, endovascular aortic aneurysm repair was performed. The rupture site of the patient's aneurysm was located next to the visceral artery (between the superior mesenteric and renal arteries). During the surgery, we used three-dimensional printing technology to perform fenestrated endovascular repair. The surgery successfully excluded the aneurysm while ensuring blood supply to the visceral arteries. After discharge, the patient received regular anti-tuberculosis treatment. Postoperative follow-up revealed no graft-related complications, and the visceral artery remained unobstructed.
