Abstract
Herein, we reported a combined robotic surgery approach used to manage pre-existing ipsilateral Morgagni-Larrey hernia and early-stage lung cancer concurrently. The reduction of the colon into the abdominal cavity facilitated robotic lobectomy and prevented life-threatening postoperative complications from the presence of a hernia after lobectomy.
