Conclusion
This study highlighted that the hypoxic environment initiated the onset of tumor immunosuppression through TREM-1+ TAMs attracting CCR6+ Foxp3+ Tregs, and TREM-1+ TAMs endowed HCC with anti-PD-L1 therapy resistance.
