Provided herein are novel benzothiadiazine derivatives as Mas-related G protein-coupled receptor X2 (MRGPRX2) or MRGX2 (Mas-related Gene X2) antagonists, pharmaceutical compositions, use of such compounds in treating chronic spontaneous urticaria, and processes for preparing such compounds.
