Abstract
Diabetic retinopathy, nephropathy, and neuropathy are significant microvascular complications of diabetes mellitus, contributing to substantial morbidity and mortality worldwide. This comprehensive review examines the clinical relationship between these complications, focusing on shared pathophysiological mechanisms, bidirectional relationships, and implications for patient management.
