• Multiple ASDs may coexist. • PAPVR may be associated with both ostium secundum and sinus venosus ASD. • Multimodality imaging delineates the anatomy and guides the intervention. • ACHD requires comprehensive diagnosis and prompt treatment to improve outcomes.
