Abstract
Lateral circumflex femoral artery aneurysms (LCFAAAs) are rare. We report a patient with a large right LCFAAA originating from the common femoral artery at the bifurcation of the deep and superficial femoral arteries and three aortoiliac aneurysms, including a large right internal iliac artery aneurysm. Aneurysmectomy of the LCFAAA was performed with revascularization of the superficial and deep femoral arteries, along with coil embolization and stent graft coverage of the ipsilateral internal iliac artery. Postoperative imaging revealed good patency of the bypass grafts, and no evidence of recurrence has been observed during the ongoing follow-up.
