Abstract
We present the case of a 42-year-old woman with an anomalous right coronary artery originating from the left ventricular outflow tract and a coronary cameral fistula between the left anterior descending artery and right coronary artery. This case highlights the importance of a multidisciplinary approach involving interventional cardiology, congenital cardiology, and cardiothoracic surgery in the management of rare anomalies.
