Abstract
Tumoral calcinosis (TC) is a rare disorder, characterized by extensive periarticular calcium deposition. We report the case of a 14-year-old male with ulcerative TC complicated by methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus infection, presenting as a nonhealing lesion in the gluteal region. Surgical excision led to resolution. Diagnosis was confirmed histologically. Multifocal recurrence highlights the need for vigilant long-term follow-up.
