Abstract

This study aimed to determine the impact of female genital mutilation on sexual outcomes in Ibadan, Nigeria. Method: This is a cross-sectional descriptive study. A self-administered questionnaire was used to obtain data from 161 women who agreed to participate in the study. After the data were collected, the sample group was divided into two groups those with female genital mutilation (84) and those without (77), and they were compared in terms of sexual outcomes.
