Abstract
We report a rare case of a 62-year-old male patient with a bronchopulmonary arterial fistula caused by stent erosion after stenting of a pulmonary artery pseudoaneurysm. The pulmonary artery pseudoaneurysm had developed after definitive chemoradiation therapy of a non-small cell lung cancer. The patient underwent emergency surgery with left lower lobectomy with angioplasty and made a full recovery.
