Abstract
Arcanobacteriumhaemolyticum is an anaerobic, gram-positive bacillus most commonly associated with non-streptococcal pharyngitis. However, it is a rare cause of systemic infection and bacteremia. In this report, we present the case of a 39-year-old man diagnosed with A. haemolyticum bacteremia secondary to chronic osteomyelitis and an intraosseous abscess.
