Abstract
We present a case of a transcatheter aortic valve implantation in patient with a recurrent aortic bioprosthetic valve failure. Concerns about left main coronary artery occlusion led to a protective stent placement, ensuring successful Evolut R implantation. This case highlights the efficacy of innovative transcatheter aortic valve replacement strategies in managing complex bioprosthetic valve failure scenarios.
