This case highlights the importance of early recognition of chronic ear discharge, facial nerve palsy, and swelling as potential indicators of aggressive conditions like squamous cell carcinoma. Future research should focus on improving early diagnostic techniques and ensuring continuity of care in advanced malignancies.
