Isolated Abdominal Wall Endometriosis Presenting as an Anterior Abdominal Mass: Histopathological Confirmation

Abdominal wall endometriosis should be considered in reproductive-aged women presenting with painful anterior abdominal wall masses, particularly following obstetric or gynecological surgery. Histopathology confirming endometrial glands and stroma within muscle is diagnostic, even when pelvic organs are spared.
