Abstract
Catamenial pneumothorax (CP) is a rare form of spontaneous pneumothorax associated with thoracic endometriosis. We report a case of CP with histologically proven diaphragmatic endometriosis successfully managed by combined surgical resection and hormonal therapy, achieving a four-year recurrence-free outcome.
