Abstract
Neurosarcoidosis is a rare and often misdiagnosed condition. It should be considered in patients with unexplained neurological symptoms, especially when associated with systemic inflammatory findings. Early diagnosis and immunosuppressive therapy are crucial to prevent irreversible neurological damage.
