Abstract

This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (intervention). The objectives are as follows: To evaluate the benefits and harms of omega‐3 polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) supplements as a treatment for DSPN in people with diabetes mellitus compared to placebo or no treatment.
