Abstract
This case report emphasizes the significance of early recognition, intervention, and correction of malocclusion to prevent complex treatments and complications. It aims to raise awareness among general practitioners and pediatric dentists about cases that can be managed within their scope. The present case emphasizes the use of a fixed Section 2 by 6 orthodontic appliances, which offers several advantages over other treatment methods. These include minimal discomfort, reduced need for patient cooperation, precise control over tooth movement in multiple directions, and the ability to achieve aesthetic goals effectively. The 2 × 6 system delivers promising short-term results and is also cost-effective, meeting the aesthetic expectations of both patients and parents.
