Abstract
By integrating visual adaptative devices into machine vision systems, circuits and algorithms can be more efficiently implemented, enabling adaptability and perception of images under variable light conditions. Nevertheless, this is constrained by a prolonged adaptation process. Here, 2D Te/3D Si mixed-dimensional van der Waals heterojunction is fabricated with the pyroelectric effect, exhibiting broadband detection (254 to 1680 nm) and a fast response time (200 μs). It is possible to create an adaptative machine vision system with remarkably fast adaptation at the microsecond level. In this work, we propose a method for heterointegrated and multifunctional intelligent optoelectronic devices.
