Abstract
Persistent fetal vasculature (PFV) with hemorrhage in the Berger's space presents a unique diagnostic and surgical challenge. Description on surgical approaches to such eyes and their outcomes are limited in the literature. We present this case series of three eyes of two babies, with one baby having bilateral presentation, highlight the clinical features, surgical challenges, approach, and surgical tips while operation rare, challenging eyes with atypical PFV.
