Abstract
Hoption Cann proposes that nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID)s could play an important role in the pathophysiology of vaccine-associated myocarditis and could also have a synergistic effect with COVID-19 vaccines, because NSAIDs are administered often as antipyretic medications. At this stage no hypothesis should be rejected a priori; however, we need to maintain rigor in the scientific evaluations so to advance research primarily towards the most plausible mechanisms.
