Abstract
Maldescendus testis is a common entity in male genitourinary abnormalities. However, its perineal location is less prevalent. Despite its rarity, vigilant clinical examination helps in proper diagnosis and timely treatment to evade its eventual detrimental effects. Herein, we report a case of perineal testis in a middle-aged male, unaware of his condition at an earlier age of life, now presenting with malignant transformation and lymph nodal spread.
